Shipping and returns


We ship all over Romania, through our partner, Fan Courier:
Shipping cost for Romania is FREE if the client’s delivery city is on the LIST of locations where Fan Courier has coverage.

If the client’s delivery city is not on the above list, the client will pay an additional Km fee of minimum 25 lei (depending on additional km calculated

for the delivery).

The cost for Brasov is also FREE if you want to pickup the order from our workshop, just specify this in your order.

Please be aware that we do not deliver to post offices boxes.

Product prices have 0 lei VAT.



We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days from the day of receiving the parcel; after these days have passed we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returning a product:

– the cost of return shipping will be supported by you and are required to retain proof of payment and a receipt for the return shipping.

– to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; it must also be in their original condition, have not been damaged, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use.

Unfortunately it is not possible to refund sale items or Made To Order items; Earrings cannot be returned/refunded, unless they are faulty, this is due to hygiene reasons.

Once we have received your return, we will check the item’s condition and once approved will process the refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.

We only replace items if they are defective, if there are manufacturing defects we will inform you regarding a new or repaired piece.

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.Please be aware that we can only exchange the item with another product of the same value.

The delivery time depends on the chosen product, if we have it in stock or we need to make it especially for you.
If the customer wants to wait to exchange an item with another from a future collection, the amount already paid can remain in the customer’s account until such item is available for purchase. 
If the new desired product is more expensive than the one returned, the customer must pay the necessary difference.
Impala Diamonds offers complementary and free of charge services such as: jewelry polish and repair. However, all transportation fees are supported by the client.

Repeated return requests by the same client are considered abuse.
Impala Diamonds is not responsible for any lost or misplaced products.
